Job description

We are seeking a Revit Plumbing Designer for a hybrid assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing plumbing design via Revit.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
This position requires experience with Revit
This position can work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati
Responsibilities
- Produce plumbing designs for construction in Revit (waste and vent, domestic hot and cold water, and storm water)
- Coordinate plumbing designs with other disciplines
- Review and respond to RFI's and shop drawings
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years plumbing design experience; including waste and vent, domestic hot and cold water, and storm water related to building systems
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- An understanding of clash detection, clash resolution and building system coordination
- General working knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
