About the Opportunity

Join one of Arizona's leading outpatient orthopedic private practices with 9 clinic locations throughout the Phoenix Metro areas. This established organization is built on teamwork, mentorship, and helping clinicians grow their careers while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
 

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work closely with supervising Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional, hands-on patient care.

Whether you're an experienced PTA or a recent graduate, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team that values collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.

Flexible Scheduling

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • 3 x 10-hour days + 2 x 5-hour days
  • 4 x 10-hour days
  • 5 x 8-hour days
  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • Permanent or Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to orthopedic patients
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PTs
  • Educate patients on exercises and recovery strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation using modern EMR technology
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, aides, and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Arizona PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • Orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Manual therapy
  • Vestibular rehabilitation

Continuing education support is available for therapists interested in expanding their clinical skills.
