A well-established financial services organization in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small office location. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with banking, consumer lending, financial services, or regulated industry experience who enjoys balancing compliance, client service, team leadership, and operational excellence.
The Financial Operations Manager will serve as a key local leader, ensuring the office runs efficiently while partnering closely with remote leadership and corporate departments such as Compliance, Risk, and Information Technology.
