Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' mental health.
• Encourage open discussions around clients' emotions and life experiences, facilitating self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving personal goals for their mental health journey.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, utilizing your clinical expertise to create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve at Lyra Health are stable adults who have been screened thoroughly prior to booking sessions. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Arizona, including but not limited to: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for building therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency with technology and software necessary for remote counseling is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a counseling role focusing on individual therapy is preferred.
