Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive customer service representative responsible for processing eligibility, ACH forms, assisting with billing portal enrollment, researching and resolving member issues and requests.


Ideal Candidates:

  • Thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities for the Enrollment Eligibility Rep includes but not limited to:

  • Taking In-bound customer calls regarding enrollment eligibility processing.

  • ACH forms and membership processing.

  • Assist members with billing portal enrollment.

  • Reach and resolve member issues and requests.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with one year related experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Experience with CRM or member management systems.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to independently.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Pay Details: $12.30 per hour
