Order Picker

Location: Doral
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Possible)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Order Picker Operator with a minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience operating both machines. This temp-to-hire position plays a key role in warehouse operations, including high-volume picking, put-away, and staging of oversized inventory in a high-ceiling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate both Order Picker to handle large-sized pallets (46–92 inches) in a facility with ceilings up to 35 feet.
  • Perform picking, put-away, and staging of products for inventory relocation and distribution.
  • Execute large-scale inventory moves and coordinate staging of full sections in preparation for transfers.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and best practices in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through system updates and careful material handling.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties and cleanliness as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating an Order Picker.
  • Proven ability to safely maneuver equipment in high-ceiling environments.
  • Knowledge of WOS (Warehouse Operating System) is a strong plus.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and productivity.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
