Medical Front Desk – Cardiology & Electrophysiology Practice


Location: Naples, FL (Must be comfortable traveling between two office locations)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19/hour
Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Perm)

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a reputable cardiology and electrophysiology office in Naples seeking a professional and patient-focused Medical Front Desk associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior medical office experience who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is looking for long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check patients in and out, explain benefits, collect co-pays, and ensure completion of required paperwork
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records
  • Support daily front office operations and assist with additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Administrator


Qualifications

  • Prior medical office experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Computer proficiency; experience with EMR systems preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
