What You'll Do
• Recruit experienced, licensed real estate agents from other brokerages.
• Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through networking, referrals, phone outreach, and follow-up.
• Meet with prospective agents to understand their business goals and present the value of joining United Real Estate Gallery.
• Guide agents through the recruiting and onboarding process.
