This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across departments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new accounts while expanding existing relationships through cross-selling and upselling PG Exhibits and Displayit solutions.
  • Sell the full portfolio of PG Exhibits and Displayit offerings, including custom exhibits, rental exhibits, branded environments, experiential activations, events, and support services.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, marketing initiatives, budgets, timelines, and business challenges.

  • Lead client presentations, proposal reviews, pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closing.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through HubSpot CRM.

  • Support new client onboarding and facilitate a smooth transition into project execution.
  • Assist with account escalations and support Accounts Receivable collection efforts when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the “quarterback” for sold projects by helping connect the dots internally and externally, ensuring alignment between clients, sales, design, estimating, project management, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Design throughout the sales process to develop compelling creative solutions and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Project Management, Estimating, and Operations teams to ensure accurate quoting, project execution, and successful fulfillment.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure alignment on scope, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

  • Build and maintain sales forecasts and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Review pricing and margin strategy with Sales Leadership prior to proposal submission.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging experiential marketing solutions.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, trade show support, installations/dismantles, show-site supervision, and key presentations.
  • Be present on-site for major projects and key client events to ensure successful execution, proactively address challenges, and professionally troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills by anticipating client and operational challenges and driving timely solutions that support successful project outcomes.

  • Qualifications
