Upcoming Needs: Increased staffing ahead of March 10 and March 24 elections
Position Overview
We are hiring Elections Associates to support ongoing election operations throughout the year. These roles are essential in maintaining accurate, efficient, and secure election processes. Multiple assignments are available, including Customer Service, Data Entry, Call Center, and Ballot Processing.
While staffing needs are currently high due to the upcoming March elections, these positions support multiple election events, including primaries, general elections, and year?round administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
  • Assist voters, visitors, and staff
  • Support check?ins, forms, and front?desk operations
  • Provide clear information and maintain exceptional service
Data Entry Clerk
  • Enter and update election-related data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Review documents and ensure completeness
  • Support administrative processing tasks
Election and Operations Support
  • Prepare, sort, and organize ballots and election materials
  • Assist with mail?ballot operations
  • Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers
  • Staff call center lines and answer public inquiries
  • Maintain supply inventory and handle labeling, packing, and distribution
  • Support general office and administrative duties
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
