Senior Project Coordinator – Product Development
Location: Lakeland, FL (Onsite)

Are you a highly organized project professional who thrives on keeping multiple initiatives moving forward? We're partnering with an established manufacturing company seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support its Product Development team.

In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional projects from concept through launch, ensuring timelines stay on track while working closely with technical, commercial, and operational teams. If you enjoy solving problems, building processes, and keeping everyone aligned, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate multiple product development projects simultaneously while tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with Research & Development, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and other departments to keep projects moving.
  • Identify potential roadblocks, communicate risks, and help drive timely solutions.
  • Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Monitor project schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Help improve project management processes and implement best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Experience supporting product development, research & development, innovation, commercialization, or new product launch initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using project management software.
  • Ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct supervisory authority.
Preferred Experience
Experience within one of the following industries is highly desirable:
