Job description

TEKsystems has a full time position for an ERP Project Manager with heavy manufacturing industry experience. Ideally, we are seeking a few prior ERP implementation project experience. Role can site remote but could have some travel needs to Colorado.
Our customer is beginning a mulit-year technology transformation program which has the following components: migrating to a modern ERP platform (Infor LN / CloudSuite Industrial), master data management, and Salesforce (Service & Sales clouds). To help with the delivery of the ERP portion of the project they are hiring a Project Manager who has experience with ERP implementations within the Manufacturing industry. This will be a direct hire, full-time employee.
The company is headquartered in the Boulder, CO area.
While remote candidates are acceptable, travel one-week/month to the corporate HQ will be required for the duration of this 2-year project.
If local, the resource will ideally work onsite 3 days/week (Monday & Friday remote).
Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a full-cycle global ERP implementation using Infor CloudSuite (LN) across the company. This role partners closely with the senior ERP Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate project activities across multiple deployment waves.
The right candidate will have:
1) 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
2) Experience as a PM on at least 1 ERP implementation
3) MUST have experience within the Manufacturing industry, ideally with companies that are global in nature
Key Responsibilities
Support the senior ERP Implementation Project Manager in coordinating all phases of the ERP implementation across planning, execution, and multi-wave rollout
Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and project checkpoints
Capture and track meeting notes, action items, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID logs)
Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with team members on task completion and dependencies
Assist in tracking and managing risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation when needed
Prepare and distribute regular status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and PMO leadership
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and repositories
Facilitate communication between business teams, IT, and external implementation partners
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including scheduling, tracking defects, and ensuring completion
Coordinate workshops and kickoff meetings, including travel, scheduling, and vendor visits.
Assist with data migration tracking and validation activities
Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities across multiple rollout waves
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and reporting practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or related role
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
Professional Management Professional (PMP)
Experience supporting cross functional enterprise projects
Experience implementing Infor Baan/LN is desirable
