Breckenridge, CO $28-$32/hour (DOE) Part-Time | Monday-Thursday | Approximately 25 Hours Per Week

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing Temporary Fence Division.

If you enjoy keeping projects organized, working with customers and subcontractors, and helping a busy team stay on schedule, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company with room for advancement.

What You'll Do
  • Support the Temporary Fence sales team with daily project coordination
  • Track customer projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and required documentation
  • Collect and maintain insurance certificates and project records
  • Complete customer prequalification requirements
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with scheduling, project updates, and administrative tasks
  • Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Construction or contractor experience is a plus
