  • Piloter ou soutenir des projets techniques en assurant leur planification, leur suivi et leur coordination.
  • Developper et optimiser les methodes de travail, les standards operationnels et les processus de coordination.
  • Assurer le lien entre les equipes terrain, les fonctions de soutien et la gestion.
  • Identifier les opportunites d'amelioration continue et recommander des actions correctives durables.
  • Produire et maintenir une documentation claire, structuree et utile aux operations.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource sur les dossiers techniques complexes et soutenir l'equipe au besoin.
  • Contribuer a la coordination et a la continuite des activites de l'equipe au besoin.

  • Contribute to the coordination and continuity of team activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Detenir un DEC en genie ou dans une discipline d'ingenierie pertinente au poste.
  • Posseder une experience significative en milieu manufacturier, en methodes, en coordination technique ou en gestion de projets.
  • Comprendre rapidement les enjeux techniques, operationnels et manufacturiers.
  • Faire preuve de polyvalence, d'autonomie, de jugement et d'un interet marque pour les defis.
  • Demontrer de bonnes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion des priorites.
