By joining Housing Solutions, you'll be part of a dedicated team that profoundly impacts lives and strengthens the fabric of our community through strategic partnerships and initiatives.What You’ll DeliverThe Shelter System Project Manager strengthens Tulsa’s housing-focused emergency shelter system by driving projects that improve access, exits, and measurable outcomes across partners.Key responsibilities:- Lead special projects that improve shelter flow, client outcomes, and system accountability- Manage the CoC Rapid Exit program and run a daily briefing to track progress, troubleshoot barriers, and surface trends- Train and support shelter partners to connect clients to appropriate exit pathways and follow rapid-exit metrics- Coordinate with community stakeholders and Housing Solutions’ Unit Acquisition Team to link housing-ready residents to fair-market units- During crisis events (e.g., severe winter weather), coordinate community-wide emergency shelter operations, including temporary spaces, supplies, and staffingRequired qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of progressive experience in housing/healthcare/homelessness/social services- 2+ years in project management or cross-system coordination- HMIS and performance management experience; strong communication and MS Office skills- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and must live within a commutable distance to Tulsa, OKA Typical WorkdayYou start by reviewing current shelter capacity and the latest outcome dashboard, then join a brief check-in with partners to confirm what’s moving and what’s stuck.
