Job Title: Project Access Assistant
Position Type: Temporary Associate
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Raveneaux Apartments | 14500 Cutten Rd, Houston, TX 77069
Reports To: IT Manager
Duration: Approximately 1-5 weeks. Duration is solely dependent upon completion of network installation project.
Compensation: $15-$17/hour depending on experience

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Access Assistant to assist with a temporary infrastructure installation project at our apartment communities. This role is essential to ensuring smooth vendor access, monitoring work being performed, and timely communication back to management.

Keyย Responsibilities

  • Provide vendors with access to apartment homes and community facilities as they install network infrastructure.
  • Walk units and common areas throughout the day to monitor vendor progress.
  • Ensure vendor work is being carried out according to expectations and report any issues or delays.
  • Serve as an on-site liaison between vendors and the IT Manager.
  • Document daily activities, progress updates, and potential concerns in a daily recap report.
  • Communicate promptly with the IT Manager regarding any issues, delays, or resident-related matters.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively while interactingย with residents, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to walk units, stairs, and community grounds frequently throughout the day.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service attitude and ability to positively interact with others.
  • Basic computer skills.ย
