Administrative Assistant (Temporary Vacation Coverage)


LOCATION

Haslet, TX | Onsite


COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Temporary (W-2)

• Assignment Dates: July 16, 2026 – July 24, 2026


ROLE IMPACT

This temporary assignment provides essential front-office coverage while a regular team member is on vacation. Success in this role means maintaining a professional, welcoming office environment, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring uninterrupted service throughout the assignment.


• Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk presence.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail.

• Assist with filing and general administrative support.

• Complete miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.

• Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

• Dependable, professional, customer-service oriented, and able to commit to the full assignment.
