Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, project coordination, and client service support for government-focused consulting and compliance engagements.
  • Assist with the execution of project-related tasks, deliverables, and documentation to ensure timely completion of client commitments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project records, track action items, and support status reporting activities.
  • Adhere to established project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  • Support data collection, document review, and other operational activities related to client engagements and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in supporting a variety of client and business needs in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, administrative support, consulting support, government services, customer service, or a related professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
