ABOUT THE JOB:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the field execution of modular building installations, modifications, relocations, and demobilizations across customer job sites for WillScot. This field based role ensures installation work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project drawings, schedules, and customer requirements.
As the primary on site representative for WillScot Construction Services, the Site Supervisor works closely with Construction Managers, Branch Operations, Design Services, Logistics, and subcontracted trades. This role also ensures consistent onsite presence, daily safety enforcement, vendor oversight, and accurate reporting to support successful and predictable project delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Onsite & Safety
   Maintain consistent onsite presence during active installation activities.
   Enforce all safety and compliance requirements (OSHA/FIFA and company policies).
   Conduct and log toolbox talks, safety observations, and incident reports.
   Monitor site conditions, access points, and ensure safe, organized work areas.
Vendor Oversight
   Manage daily activities of delivery teams, installation crews, and subcontracted trades.
   Verify vendor performance and ensure work aligns with project scope and quality expectations.
   Coordinate daily work plans with crews and align activities with project schedule and layout drawings.
   Support crane, forklift, rigging, and trade scheduling as required.
Coordination & Reporting
   Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
   Communicate issues, delays, safety concerns, and field impacts in real time.
   Report conflicts, access restrictions, utility problems, or site readiness issues.
   Ensure accurate field documentation including daily logs, photos, incident records, and punch lists.
Quality & Delivery
   Perform onsite QC inspections throughout installation.
   Provide detail feedback and documentation to Branch and Project Management team.
   Validate turnover readiness, ensuring units meet WillScot standards and customer expectations.
   Support walkthroughs, punchlist resolution, and final customer acceptance.
Materials & Security
   Manage onsite materials, ensuring proper handling, staging, and inventory tracking.
   Secure tools, equipment, and units throughout the project duration.
   Coordinate the demobilization and removal of units at project completion.
General Field Support
   Review project drawings, installation plans, and scopes to ensure accurate execution.
   Support troubleshooting of site issues that require plan adjustments.
   Monitor subcontractor adherence to safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
   Maintain a professional and customer focused presence onsite.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
   5+ years of experience in construction supervision, field operations, or modular installation.
   Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
   Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and construction site safety practices.
   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, installation plans, and site layouts.
   Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
   Ability to manage multiple active job sites in fast paced environments.
Preferred
   Experience with modular or temporary building installation.
   OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
   Experience supporting large-scale or multi-site construction programs.
   Familiarity with scheduling tools and construction documentation platforms.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
   This role requires frequent travel to customer job sites.
   Work occurs outdoors and in active construction environments with varying weather conditions.
   Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
