Temporary Worker (Scene Shop)
Job no: 50000475

Location: Virginia Beach

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in set construction, scenic painting, and prop creation for a 4-show theatre season
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • Assist in show install and show strike
  • Tool and equipment maintenance as necessary

Requirements:
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
  • Basic knowledge of safety equipment/tools and their uses
  • Basic set construction and scenic painting techniques
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, push loaded carts, and lift up to 25 pounds
