LHH is partnering with our law firm in client seeking a Temporary Legal Assistant to join their team during a high-volume period. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate multiple attorney calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments for the following day
- Track and monitor upcoming deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle e-filing in state and/or federal courts
- Provide administrative and legal support as work is delegated by attorneys and staff
- Assist with general office organization and workflow support during a busy period
Qualifications:- Prior experience in a law firm preferred as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative/legal support role
- Strong experience with calendaring, scheduling, and deadline management
- Familiarity with court e-filing systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and able to take direction in a team setting
Anticipated pay rate range: $25 to $30 per hour DOE
