Concrete Production Worker
Automation Personnel Services is looking for production workers for a concrete company in Tampa, FL. This position involves working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, performing physical labor, and assisting with the production and finishing of concrete products.
Pay Rate 
$17.00 
Schedule and Hours 
Shift is 7am-3:30pm plus overtime
Concrete Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities
  • Place, pour, and finish concrete for various products and projects 
  • Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools 
  • Repair imperfections such as cracks, bug holes, and damaged areas 
  • Apply sealants, curing compounds, and waterproofing materials 
  • Follow instructions from foremen and maintain safety standards at all times 
  • Work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods
Concrete Production Worker Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2+ years of concrete finisher, precast experience or construction experience.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds consistently (lifting assessment required) 
  • Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and dusty conditions 
  • Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and occasional Saturdays as needed
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check 
  • Steel-toe boots required
