Job Title: Production Operator ($20-22/hr.)

Job Description

The Production Operator oversees multiple operations on a production line, rotating through different tasks to support efficient, high-quality output. This role involves operating machinery, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work area in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple operations on the production line to ensure consistent, efficient workflow.
  • Cross-train and rotate through different production tasks approximately every two hours.
  • Label boxes accurately and clearly in preparation for shipping.
  • Operate and monitor the laminator to meet production and quality standards.
  • Perform visual quality checks on products to identify and address defects or inconsistencies.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members on the production line to meet daily targets.
  • Handle general labor tasks as needed to support production operations.
  • Operate forklifts and other production machinery in a safe and efficient manner, if trained and authorized.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks on a production line.
  • Capability to cross-train and adapt to different tasks every two hours.
  • Experience with general labor in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, where licensed or trained, and basic machine operation skills.
