Job description

Leads product initiatives with strategic significance, often across multiple teams or platforms. Define product roadmaps, manage stakeholders at various levels, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of impactful product features.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a high-performing product culture.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
  • Minimum - 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
  • Preferred - 5 (specific domain)

In Lieu of Education

  • 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within (specific domain)

License/Certifications/Training

  • Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $92,600.00 to $144,100.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
