Job description

PROCUREMENT ANALYST Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $32-$35/hr Type: Temp, 3-month minimum, chance to go temp to hire Overview: A fast-growing software company is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support their procure-to-pay operations on a fully remote, temp-term basis. This role is responsible for ensuring purchase requests are compliant, properly documented, and routed through the correct approval workflows. This is an execution-focused role, so experience managing day-to-day procurement operations is key.

Key Responsibilities Review and manage purchase requests submitted through Coupa for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance Validate supporting documentation, business justifications, and approval routing prior to submission Ensure adherence to procurement policies, including competitive bidding requirements and spend thresholds Proactively escalate incomplete or non-compliant requests via Slack to ensure timely resolution Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to resolve workflow issues Ensure executed agreements are properly attached to purchase requests and stored per company standards Support vendor onboarding and vendor-related workflows in collaboration with tools like Vendr Maintain accurate data alignment between procurement and finance systems, including NetSuite Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and audit readiness Support audit readiness by maintaining clear documentation and audit trails Requirements 3-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or P2P operations Hands-on experience with Coupa required Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems required Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval workflows, and documentation requirements Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in audit or compliance environments a plus Ideal Candidate Solid P2P operations background with ability to step in and manage volume independently Coupa proficient and comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously Proactive self-starter who does not require constant direction or heavy ramp time Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement Experience in software or SaaS a plus but not required Open to candidates from other industries with strong procurement operations backgrounds Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
