Leading process improvement projects and participation in the quality management program by gathering and analyzing data, implementing interventions, monitoring outcomes, facilitating pharmaceutical care integration, and ensuring regulatory compliance is expected. The RMG Ambulatory Pharmacist demonstrates integrity and competency and performs all functions of the Clinical Pharmacist.Performs all duties per state board regulations. - Provide general and patient specific drug information to patients, physicians, nurses and, and other health care professionals.
- Routinely interact with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Support and participate in pharmaceutical related research in area of specialty
- Participate in population health activities with a focus on medication related metrics
