Lunes a viernes
Horario de trabajo: 
8:00am - 5:00pm
Salario: $11 p/h 
Descripción de puesto: Generar y mantener relaciones positivas con clientes nuevos y existentes. Lograr experiencias positivas con clientes en el proceso de venta y servicio. Establecer y mantener un vínculo entre el cliente y la empresa donde pueda detectar necesidades, asesoramiento y venta de productos y servicios de la tienda. Conocer y orientar la venta hacia los productos más rentables y exclusivos definidos por la compañía, sin olvidar nunca las necesidades del cliente con la finalidad de garantizar la eficiente atención de las necesidades y expectativas de nuestros clientes.
Requisitos:
- Atender las necesidades del paciente con prontitud, cortesía y claridad ya sea vía telefónica, en persona y/o mediante alguna otra herramienta de comunicación.
Requisitos del Puesto:

  • Grado Técnico, Asociado o Bachillerato completado en Administración de Empresas.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas (preferible en industria automotriz).
  • Conocimiento básico de neumáticos, servicios automotrices.
  • Habilidad para manejar sistemas de cotización, órdenes de trabajo y bases de datos de vehículos.
  • Atención al detalle para validar información del vehículo (size de goma, millaje, VIN, tablilla).
  • Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente y comunicación.
  • Orientación a ventas y capacidad de promover productos adicionales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo presión

Pay Details: $11.00 per hour
