Job description

SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in all tennis operations and programming for the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to play tennis at an intermediate or higher level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must maintain CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications.
  • Assist in front desk operations that include phone, reservations, retail, and POS processes.
  • Assist in the cleanliness duties of the pro shop.
  • Assist in special events.
  • Assist in entry level instructional programs.
  • Assist in court maintenance duties.
  • Assist in lawn sport and pickleball operations where needed.
