You are:

PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

The work:

Project is a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade and enhancements effort for a U.S. federal utility and spans Study, Design, Build / Test, and Deployment. Resource will lead functional activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project. Responsible for supporting both functional and technical activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project, including requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing across functional and technical domains.

Here's what you need:

  • 4+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.x version preferred)
  • Experience with both functional requirements gathering and technical configuration/development
  • Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules according to functional specifications
  • Develop/modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components
  • Support requirements sessions and contribute to functional/technical design documentation
  • Create and execute test scripts to validate configurations and customizations
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects and understanding of upgrade tools/methodologies
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development
  • PeopleSoft certification(s) beneficial but not required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
