Production Positions Available!

3 day weekends!

6:00am-4:30PM Monday-Thursday

We do hands on training with all new hires, so no prior work experience is needed.

Perfect Attendance Bonus! As long as you are here for the entire paycheck, you will receive a $250 bonus bi-weekly.

We have multiple locations/areas to help ensure the perfect fit for each candidate. Temperatures vary depending on the area but range from 60-75 degrees.

Areas include:

Packing:

  • Packing either microwave popcorn in a carton/box or bags in a box/tin
  • Rotate throughout the day
  • This is the area where we start new employees

Chocolate Room:

  • Mixing and flipping Chocolate product
  • Perfect for goal-oriented people

Kitchen:

  • 4 different areas so you are not doing the same thing all day long
  • Perfect for goal-orientated people

Room Lead:

  • Managing/motivating 3-4 other employees in your area to hit Production Goals
  • Performing Quality checks and recording Production
