Packer/Inspector


Our Beaver Dam client is looking for a Packer/Inspector to join their production team and ensure every part that leaves the paint line meets their high-quality standards. This is a critical role that directly impacts the product's reputation and customer satisfaction.


Position – Paint Line Support

Job Location –Beaver Dam, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift

Starting Pay –$17 per hour

Required Experience –Prior manufacturing experience is helpful


What You'll Do:

  • Inspect finished, painted parts coming off a moving conveyor or from a fixed location.
  • Approve parts that meet quality standards and package them for distribution.
  • Identify substandard quality, incorrect paint application, or defects.
  • Correct minor defects or send non-conforming parts back for re-work.
  • Use tools like a gloss meter, tape dispenser, and various hand tools to perform your duties.
  • Maintain awareness of quality standards and paint specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with the team in a clean, production-line environment.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and procedure manuals (Language Level 3).
  • Solid basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) for measurements and counts.
