Job description

Adecco is hiring for Warehouse Associates in Devens! These are temp to perm opportunities on 1st shift.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

Pay rate: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving: Unload incoming trucks, inspect goods for damage, and check packing slips against actual items.

  • Inventory Control: Scan, label, and store products in designated locations using management software and handheld devices.

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick items from shelves for customer orders, pack them securely, and prepare shipping labels.

  • Equipment Operation: Safely drive and use warehouse tools like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.

  • Maintenance: Keep aisles clear, sweep floors, and report any broken equipment or safety hazards.

Requirements & Skills

  • Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50–75 pounds repeatedly.

  • Communication: Work well with a team and report inventory mistakes to supervisors.

  • Attention to Detail: Verify correct quantities and read tracking labels accurately.


Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
