Picker / Packer

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our production team. In this role, you'll help ensure customers receive high-quality products by accurately counting, inspecting, and packaging orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Count, inspect, and package products according to customer specifications
  • Verify product counts, weights, labels, and quality before shipment
  • Use scales and other tools to ensure packaging accuracy
  • Identify product defects and report equipment or quality issues
  • Communicate with team members during shift changes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Complete required training and assist with additional duties as needed
