Able to configure payroll systems, design integrations, build reports, and troubleshoot data or system issues within the Oracle HCM Cloud.

10+ years of Techno - Functional experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud

Core Functional Skills

  • Payroll Configuration: Expertise in setting up enterprise and workforce structures, pay frequencies, payment methods, element eligibility, and deductions.
  • Balance Definitions & Logic: Deep understanding of payroll balances, Year-to-Date (YTD) feeds, retroactive processing, and gross-to-net calculations.
  • Regulatory & Tax Reporting: Understanding of localized payroll tax setups, statutory reporting, and year-end processes.
