The ideal candidate will have strong experience withOASIS E2, be confident performingStart of Care (SOC)visits, and be well versed inMedicare home health guidelines. Requirements ActiveFlorida RN license OASIS E2 experiencerequired Comfortable completingStart of Care (SOC)visits Solid understanding ofMedicaredocumentation and regulations Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required Current CPR certification Reliable transportation for field visits Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills One year of Home Health experience Job Responsibilities Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E2 and Medicare standards Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Travel within Pinellas Compensation Per Visit Compensation varying based on visit type(SOC, ROC, Recert, routine visits, etc.) * Consistent workload within a focused service area
