We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Oasis at the Conch Republic, a leading Assisted Living Facility in Key West, Florida. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Oasis at the Conch Republic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Providing Direct Care: Administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

  • Conducting Assessments: Completing comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.

  • Developing Care Plans: Creating individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
