Temporary Night Accounts Payable Jobs in Rochester, NY

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist to support our Accounts Payable team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll review invoices and business documents, accurately enter data into company systems, manage workflow assignments, and help ensure timely processing of financial documents. What You'll Be Doing:

• Review PDF documents and accurately enter data into company systems, including invoice numbers, invoice dates, due dates, and other relevant information.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure information is entered correctly and consistently.
• Monitor designated email inboxes and review incoming documents and requests.
• Assign workflows and route items appropriately based on established processes and document details.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of assigned tasks.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues as needed.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data entry, administrative, or document processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and focus.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Accounts Payable experience a plus

• Onsite position located in Victor, NY
• Contract position for 90 days with opportunity for contract extension depending on the needs of the business
