A dockhand for our Little Creekย Morningstar Marina: a people-person and team player who loves to lend a helping hand, make people smile, and knock out a checklist. Weโ€™re looking for a canโ€™t-sit-still type who is drawn to the outdoors and whose ideal job is in the sun, on their feet, and with a team of equally passionate, fantastic people working toward the same goal: a superior customer experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships
  • Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better
  • Improve and maintain our property and facilities daily
  • Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade
  • Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines
