Who We’re Looking For:

A dockhand for our [INSERT LOCATION] Morningstar Marina: a people-person and team player who loves to lend a helping hand, make people smile, and knock out a checklist. We’re looking for a can’t-sit-still type who is drawn to the outdoors and whose ideal job is in the sun, on their feet, and with a team of equally passionate, fantastic people working toward the same goal: a superior customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships
  • Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better
  • Improve and maintain our property and facilities daily
  • Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade
  • Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines

What You Need: 

  • Independence & intuition; curiosity & creativity

  • Ability to move comfortably around the property, doing hands-on work
  • Willingness to work weekends 
  • High School diploma or GED

Physical Demands Required: 

  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, and move freely throughout the property.  

  • Ability to climb up a ladder and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
