This 100% outpatient role pairs artificial intelligence scribe technology with generous 30-minute patient visits, allowing you to finish your charting on time and leave work at the clinic. Practice Overview


  • You'll join an FQHC-based outpatient model with multiple clinic sites and an in-house pharmacy
  • Team includes physicians across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and GYN, plus APPs and pharmacists
  • Established patient panel available as you take over an existing practice
  • Epic EMR with AI scribe support; dedicated MA/LPN plus additional float support

Schedule


  • 4-day workweek option with 36 patient-facing hours
  • No required call
  • Typical volume around 15-18 patients/day with 30-minute appointment slots
  • Optional PRN hospital call available for extra pay (not required)

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary: 250,000 guaranteed
  • Sign-on bonus: 20,000
  • Relocation assistance: 10,000
