TEKsystems is currently hiring for an Administrative Scanning/Data Entry Specialist to support a healthcare facility This contract role focuses on entering patient information into the EMR system and scanning high volumes of paper charts for digital archiving. There is no patient interaction required, and candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Create new patient profiles in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system

Scan complete paper charts into the system, ensuring accurate capture of Name, Address, and Date of Birth

Handle document volumes ranging from 15 to 1,500 pages per chart

Ensure data is accurately entered and documents are correctly categorized

Shred paper documents after successful scanning

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records

Work alongside office staff in a front-desk environment
