Job description

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas. We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Temporary Medical Assistant. Experience in Rheumatology preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, TEMP

Pay: $23-25 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fi, 8 hours shift

BACK OFFICE

  • Take and record vitals
  • Prep and escort patients to exam rooms
  • Review and document medical history
  • Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance and demographics
  • Assist the provider with patient care
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years MA experience, required.
  • Experience in blood draws and injections required.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
  • MA Certified.
  • CPR Certified.
