Norfolk, VA

What You'll Be Doing

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing logistics, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this position, you will:

  • Sort, organize, and distribute large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure mail is accurately routed to the appropriate departments and personnel
  • Load and transport mail between buildings using a company vehicle
  • Make scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout the military installation
  • Maintain organized records and tracking procedures for mail distribution
  • Support daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials

This position consists of approximately 80% mailroom operations and organization and 20% driving throughout the installation.


What We're Looking For

✔ Reliable driving ability and comfort operating a company vehicle

✔ Previous mailroom, administrative, warehouse, logistics, customer service, or clerical experience is a plus
