Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Logistics Operations Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, and documentation management activities. This role involves verifying incoming materials, entering data into the inventory system, and coordinating material movement throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Enter and maintain inventory transactions within the company system.
  • Scan, upload, and organize receiving documentation.
  • Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with shipping and outbound order preparation.
  • Maintain organized inventory and documentation files.
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.

Essential Skills
  • Experience in receiving, tracking, and processing inventory.
  • Comfortable working within an ERP, inventory, or warehouse management system.
  • Ability to scan, upload, and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling part numbers, quantities, and records.
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
