Posting Number PG195242TM Position Number 48SM96 Position Type Temporary Essential Job Duties
The primary purpose of the position are listed as follows:

  • Make keys via the use of keypunch and duplicating and/or code-generating machines.
  • Servicing, repairing, and installing various types of door hardware, including fire-rated and panic exit devices, closers, mortise, and cylindrical locking hardware to accepted manufacturer specifications;
  • The position must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair problems with all mechanical and electromechanical hardware
  • Working knowledge in key biting's array for small format master keying, pinning of cores
  • Will perform and complete special assignments in a timely manner as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Will have the competencies necessary to perform the work assigned.
