Locksmith/Carpenter/Mason - Einstein Main - Full Time
Job Description
Assists maintenance technicians in the performance of general repair, replacement or installation of equipment or facilities. Completes hospital rounds to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies. Responsible for mechanical repairs of hospital physical structure and equipment, and other minor duties as assigned related to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance needs.

2. Assists with the performance of urgent, corrective, routine, preventative, and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment and systems as directed by senior-level staff or supervisor.
3. Maintains routine records of all inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system.
4. Make scheduled rounds of building areas, including the inspection of all lighting fixtures to assure proper function, to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies.
5. Performs manual duties as requested (i.e. moving supplies, furniture, replacing light bulbs, trash removal, etc).
6. Assigned to perform other duties in the following areas as directed: air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, painting, plant operations and plumbing.
Understanding of electrical safety and lockout/tagout standards.
HS Diploma or equivalent or Trade School required; Previous related experience preferred
