LHH Legal Staffing is seeking a Temporary Legal Assistant for a well-respected law firm in Naples, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking for a short-term assignment with immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and legal documents
  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and client communications
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and records management
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant required
  • Trusts & Estates experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
