Legal Search Solutions is working with a busy and well-established insurance claims company in Kendall that is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join its team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with insurance claims and risk management matters from intake through resolution
  • Prepare, draft, and review legal correspondence and documents
  • Maintain and organize case and claims files
  • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, attorneys, and third-party vendors
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and follow-up items
  • Assist with records requests, document collection, and file management
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed
