The Logistics Compliance Coordinator is a key contributor to the execution and continuous improvement of company's global supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset who is looking to build expertise within international logistics and compliance.

This temporary-to-permanent role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple international shipments across air, ocean, truck, and intermodal modes. This individual partners closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and global suppliers to ensure seamless import/export operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Logistics Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate international shipments across air, ocean, trucking, and intermodal transportation to ensure timely and compliant delivery
  • Monitor, track, and proactively address shipment delays, risks, and disruptions
  • Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of import/export documentation in line with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain records and support audits to ensure compliance across global logistics activities
  • Support export inquiries and documentation requirements

Analytics & Problem Solving

  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct data gathering and root cause analysis to support key performance indicators
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements across logistics operations

Financial & Systems Support

  • Support freight audit processes by reviewing rate data and identifying discrepancies
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate coding, tracking, and approvals
  • Support system testing, enhancements, and data integrity across logistics platforms

Global Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and global partners to ensure alignment and timely communication
  • Support coordination across regions, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
