Faber is a gig marketplace that uses an app-based platform to directly connect construction and light industrial companies to workers. About the Role
 
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have the opportunity to generate sales from construction and light industrial clients in the Edmonton area. You will meet with new and existing clients, present Faber's labour solutions, coordinate and secure contracts, maintain client accounts, and nurture relationships with local companies. This is a high earning potential position in which you will receive uncapped commission for revenue generated in a growing, dynamic market.
 
Responsibilities
 
Proactively generate new sales leads with the intention of creating long term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis
Present Faber's temporary labour solutions to clients, selling app-based staffing services
Determine client's temporary staffing needs and present solutions for short or long-term staffing
Schedule face-to-face site visits, lunches, meetings, and product demonstrations with clients
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensure client needs are being met and any issues are quickly addressed
Close contracts and generate net new clients
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth
Support with ensuring sales targets are met
 
Skills and Requirements
 
Must have experience in account management or sales in temporary staffing focused on construction or light industrial
Ability to visit client offices and warehouse sites all over Edmonton (must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle)
Experience in temporary labour supply
Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new sales
Strong time management and ability to create your own schedule and tasks without much oversight
Strong understanding of construction and how to sell to clients within the construction industry
Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients
Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, experience with Hubspot
Desire to continue developing as a sales leader in the construction industry
