The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all stages and types of IT projects from proposal handoff and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. They provide a proactive interface between the clients, sales staff and technical staff for effective delivery of technical business solutions.

  • Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain the installation calendar of team; assign and schedule team members.
  • Communicate clear project scope and schedule to key stakeholders including client, account manager, engineer, team lead, and manager.
  • Evaluate and identify areas of concern during project from a budgetary and customer relations standpoint and escalate as needed to management. Communicate budgetary adjustments to clients via change order.
  • Responsible for leading internal and client kick-off meetings to set proper client expectations.

Education and Experience:


  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Professional certifications
