Job description

Job Title: Associate - Inventory I
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Merritt Island, FL
Job Description:
We are seeking a contract Inventory Coordinator to manage material tracking and logistics in support of an accelerated construction effort.
Responsibilities:
  • Determine and track which materials and components are allocated to each build.
  • Maintain bills of materials and track components against active build schedules.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with material handlers and suppliers.
  • Support receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming materials.
  • Work with procurement to expedite critical or short-lead materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and flag shortages or overages.
  • Act as the logistics point of contact between the field team and supply chain.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of inventory, logistics, or materials coordination experience.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with construction or field operations supply chains is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a high-tempo, time-sensitive environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting logistics for temporary or modular structure installations, including tent structures.
  • Familiarity with rapid response or unplanned inventory movement scenarios.
