Overview
Joby Aviation is seeking an Inventory Counter to support our supply chain and inventory operations. In this temporary role, you will perform accurate physical counts of parts, materials, and warehouse inventory to support ongoing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts of warehouse stock, raw materials, and assemblies
  • Verify inventory quantities against system records and report discrepancies to leadership
  • Operate basic material handling equipment and follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled storage locations across the facility
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics team members to resolve inventory status questions

Required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or retail stock environment
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking software or spreadsheets
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout a standard shift

Desired
  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Prior experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing inventory environment

Additional Information
This is a temporary role. The target base pay for this position is $22-$26/hr.The base pay will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
